MakerforNeed (the “Operator”) values the privacy of users of its mobile application PullPush Pro (the “App”) and complies with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Operator collects, uses, and stores through the App, and what rights you have as a user.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not require sign-up or login, and does not collect personally identifying information that you actively enter (such as name, email, or phone number).

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device (the App's private storage) and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Personal record (MAX) values per exercise
• Completed sets, repetitions, and Day progress
• Preferences (font size, sound on/off, etc.)

2.2 Android Auto Backup

If automatic backup with your Google account is enabled on your device, the Android operating system may automatically back up the App data described in Section 2.1 to your own Google Drive. This is a standard feature handled by the Android system, and you can control whether backup and restore happen via Settings → Google → Backup on your device.

2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob to support operating costs. AdMob may automatically collect the following information for ad delivery, personalization, measurement, and fraud prevention:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, AAID)
• Device information (model, OS version, language, timezone)
• Approximate location (country/region inferred from IP)
• Ad impression, click, and interaction data

3. How We Use Information

• To display and persist your workout progress
• To remember your preferences and personalize the experience
• To show ads (via AdMob) to support operating costs
• To improve the App and diagnose errors

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not directly sell, rent, or transfer your information to third parties. Information may be transmitted externally only in the following cases:

• To Google AdMob and Google Play services for ad delivery
• When required by law (e.g. lawful requests by authorities)

5. Retention & Deletion

• Local device data is removed immediately when you uninstall the App or use the in-App “Reset Records” / “Delete Backup Data” actions.
• Android Auto Backup retention follows your Google account settings (you can delete it directly from your Google account).
• Data collected by Google through AdMob follows Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights

• Delete in-App data: Settings → “Delete backup data” or ARCHIVE>RECORDS → “RESET ALL RECORDS”
• Opt out of personalized ads: Device Settings → Google → Ads → “Reset advertising ID” or “Opt out of ad personalization”
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 14 in Korea). The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe that a child's information has been collected through the App, please contact us at the email above and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to keep App data safe. However, no security measures over the internet or mobile networks can be guaranteed to be absolute.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our service. The “Effective date” at the top of this section will be updated when we do. Significant changes will be communicated via in-App notices or release notes.
